Elastomers whose function is to ensure that every joint is gastight.

The silicone gaskets are made through the moulding of non-toxic polymer blends in accordance with the European Regulation EC 1907/2006 (REACH).

The unique triple lip design inserted in the bore of each component facilitates the quick assembly of the joint and ensures the seal.

They are inserted in the female form of each component. The smooth part is placed in direct contact with the steel; the lipped part should face the interior of the flue. During installation, the nominal diameter of elastomers is greater than the nominal diameter of each component. This is normal because after a slight pressure is applied the typical "hump" that is formed adheres perfectly to the entire circumference. This is the only way to ensure the seal during assembly, avoiding damage to the elastomer.

Operating temperature: from -20 ° C to 200 ° C tolerance +/- 10 ° C

Resistance to condensates containing chlorides, nitrates and sulfates is satisfactory as required by regulations.
