The Stainless Steel Expansion Tanks are plumbing components for heating fireplaces, thermostoves and boilers for closed loop home heating. Their function is to contain the variations in pressure in the loop, thus avoiding dangerous jumps in pressure and water hammer.
They are made in Stainless Steel 304, 0.6 mm thick, available in 30, 40 and 50 liter capacities. They are made with the holes needed for the connections for the various water lines (loop load, filling of the Tank, too full, return). The tanks may be installed in series to increase the capacity.
The plumbing parts for the various water lines, are not provided as standard.
