Each component of the system has nominal inside diameter. The female end of each of them is characterized by an expansion carried out with hydraulic moulds, with a tolerance of +/- 2 mm, free from distortion and provided with a groove for the insertion of a silicone gasket.
The male end is completely smooth with no distortion. This feature ensures the seal of the system and gives the joints a pleasing continuity.

All elements are longitudinally welded with laser technology for the fusion of adjoining pieces, without filler.  Even the sections of each accessory are welded with robotic laser technology.
The exclusive liquid silicone coating, besides conferring a pleasant matt finish, makes the products resistant to mechanical abrasion, but above all it ensures the inalterability of the physicochemical properties of the products, even at high temperatures.

Dispersal of the combustion products (flue gas), indicated for the construction of chimney systems for internal use.

HOW TO USE:

Operation:

-wet (W)

PRESSURE:

- Positive P1=200 Pa (with gasket).

- Negative N1= 40 Pa (without gasket).

WORKING TEMPERATURE:

- Max 200°c with black silicone gasket (pressure P1 - 200 Pa).

- Max 250°c with silicone gasket in green viton (pressure P1 - 200 Pa).

- Max 400°c without silicone gasket (pressure N1 - 40 Pa).

TECHNICAL FEATURES:
- Ferrous Steel 1.2mm thick.
- Longitudinal laser welding.
- Robotic welding of the bends.
- Coated with liquid silicone, high temperature resistant and anti-scratch.

ACCESSORIES:
- Gasket in green viton resistant to 250 °.
- Black silicone gasket included in all items.
