Flexible Liners and Tubes

Produced in rolls of varying length depending on the chosen diameter with smooth interior and corrugated exterior. Achieved through the helical winding of a strip of aluminium 0.10mm thick, corrugated longitudinally and crimped with the use of superimposed rollers in order to ensure consistency and seal in the product.

Minimum bending radius = 1.5 times the outer diameter of the duct.

The Stainless Steel Flex Liner is used for lining a flue or restoring old masonry chimneys, in shafts or in technical rooms.                                                                                                                                   This series is suitable for use in roomsealed, open or condensing appliances. Intended use even in positive pressure (class P1 = 200 Pa) for temperatures up to 200 ° C by the use of a special joint, and for any combustible gas, combustible oil, wood or pellets.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       It is not intended for use in outdoor installations.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     It is not suitable for installation in places where there is a high concentration of halogen vapours such as in dry cleaners, hair and cosmetic salons, printing.
